- Neighborhoods Served: Heights, Montrose, Midtown, Museum District, and surrounding areas
- Address Verification: We verify delivery addresses during checkout to confirm coverage

- Friday: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Sunday: Currently unavailable
- Time Windows: 1-hour delivery windows selected at checkout
Delivery Fee
- Standard Delivery: $10.00 flat rate
- Subscriber Benefit: Delivery fee applies to all orders including subscriptions
- No Minimum Order: Delivery available for single meal orders

Delivery Issues

Pickup Process
- Place order online by Thursday 11:59 PM
- Receive order confirmation email with pickup details
- Arrive during selected pickup window
- Provide name at pickup counter
- Verify order and take meal
Pickup Requirements
- Valid order confirmation (email or order number)
- Photo ID for first-time pickups
- Insulated bag recommended but not required
- Arrive within selected time window
Late Pickup
- Grace Period: 15 minutes after window closes
- After Grace Period: Meals held until 8:00 PM Friday or 3:00 PM Saturday
- Unclaimed Orders: After final pickup time, meals cannot be claimed; no refund issued
- Rescheduling: Contact us immediately if you'll be late; we'll accommodate when possible
Pickup Changes
- Switch from delivery to pickup anytime before Thursday 11:59 PM at no charge
- Change pickup window until Thursday 11:59 PM
- After deadline, changes subject to availability
