  • Neighborhoods Served: Heights, Montrose, Midtown, Museum District, and surrounding areas
  • Address Verification: We verify delivery addresses during checkout to confirm coverage

Delivery Schedule

  • Friday: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Saturday: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Sunday: Currently unavailable
  • Time Windows: 1-hour delivery windows selected at checkout

Delivery Fee

  • Standard Delivery: $10.00 flat rate
  • Subscriber Benefit: Delivery fee applies to all orders including subscriptions
  • No Minimum Order: Delivery available for single meal orders

Delivery Process

  • Meals delivered in insulated, eco-friendly packaging
  • Temperature-controlled during transport
  • Contact-free delivery available upon request
  • Photo confirmation sent upon delivery
  • Signature not required unless requested

Special Instructions

  • Gate codes, building access, and delivery notes can be added at checkout
  • Specific placement requests honored when possible
  • Leave at door/reception desk options available

Delivery Issues

  • Wrong Address: Customer responsible for address accuracy; redelivery fee $10
  • Not Home: Meals left at specified location; we are not responsible after delivery
  • Damaged in Transit: Contact us within 2 hours for replacement or refund
  • Weather Delays: We'll contact you if severe weather affects delivery

Pickup Process

  1. Place order online by Thursday 11:59 PM
  2. Receive order confirmation email with pickup details
  3. Arrive during selected pickup window
  4. Provide name at pickup counter
  5. Verify order and take meal

Pickup Requirements

  • Valid order confirmation (email or order number)
  • Photo ID for first-time pickups
  • Insulated bag recommended but not required
  • Arrive within selected time window

Late Pickup

  • Grace Period: 15 minutes after window closes
  • After Grace Period: Meals held until 8:00 PM Friday or 3:00 PM Saturday
  • Unclaimed Orders: After final pickup time, meals cannot be claimed; no refund issued
  • Rescheduling: Contact us immediately if you'll be late; we'll accommodate when possible

Pickup Changes

  • Switch from delivery to pickup anytime before Thursday 11:59 PM at no charge
  • Change pickup window until Thursday 11:59 PM
  • After deadline, changes subject to availability
