  • Texas Health Department certified facility
  • Staff trained in food safety and handling
  • Strict allergen protocols followed
  • Meals prepared fresh Thursday-Friday
  • Proper cooling and refrigeration maintained
  • Delivered/picked up at safe temperatures
  • Insulated packaging maintains temperature during transport
  • Refrigerate immediately upon receipt
  • Consume within 72 hours of delivery/pickup
  • Reheat to internal temperature of 165°F
  • Do not freeze unless otherwise specified

If you're not satisfied with your meal quality:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receipt
  • Provide photos if possible
  • We'll offer replacement meal or full refund
  • No questions asked on first complaint
