Ordering & Menu
Every Monday, Chef Ede announces one signature meal for that week. This single dish is the only item available to order for the entire week. The menu changes weekly, so you'll experience different flavors and ingredients throughout the month. You can order this meal anytime from Monday through Thursday at 11:59 PM.

Yes! You can order as many servings as you need. Each meal serves 1-2 people, so if you're ordering for a family or want multiple meals for yourself throughout the week, simply increase the quantity at checkout. Subscribers can also increase their weekly quantity through their account settings.

Since we feature one meal per week, you have the flexibility to skip that week without any penalties. Subscribers can easily skip weeks through their account dashboard before the Thursday deadline. One-time customers can simply choose not to order that week and check back next Monday for a new menu.

We announce the current week's menu every Monday. We don't publish menus further in advance because Chef Ede selects ingredients based on seasonal availability and market freshness. However, subscribers receive early notifications Monday morning before the public announcement.

While we can't accommodate individual meal requests due to our single-menu model, we love hearing from customers! Email your preferences to hello@mostlygreensco.com. Chef Ede reviews all suggestions when planning future menus. We rotate through different proteins, dietary styles, and flavor profiles throughout the month.

Yes! Popular meals return seasonally. Chef Ede keeps track of customer favorites and brings them back several times per year, often with slight improvements or seasonal variations. If you loved a meal, let us know—we'll note your preference for future menu planning.

Subscriptions
Subscribers are automatically enrolled to receive every week's featured meal. Each Monday, your card is charged for that week's meal at the discounted subscriber rate ($25.20 instead of $28). Your meal is then prepared and delivered/ready for pickup according to your saved preferences. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime.

Subscribers receive 10% off every order (saving $2.80 per meal), plus Chef Ede's exclusive weekly dessert (valued at $6). You also get priority access when meals are in limited quantity, early Monday morning menu announcements, and the convenience of automatic ordering—no need to remember to place orders each week.

Absolutely! Log into your account anytime before Thursday at 11:59 PM and select "Skip This Week." Your subscription remains active, you won't be charged, and you'll automatically resume the following week. There's no limit to how many weeks you can skip.

Pausing temporarily stops all deliveries and billing until you manually resume (perfect for vacations or busy months). Canceling permanently ends your subscription and removes the 10% discount—though you can always resubscribe later. Both options are available in your account dashboard with no fees or penalties.

Your card is charged every Monday morning for that week's featured meal. If payment fails, we'll retry twice over 48 hours and send notification emails. If payment still fails, your subscription pauses automatically and no meal is prepared. Simply update your payment method to resume.

Yes, update your preferences anytime in your account settings. Changes must be made before Thursday 11:59 PM to apply to that week's order. This is helpful if you split time between locations or switch between delivery and pickup based on your schedule.

Delivery & Pickup
We deliver within a 3-mile radius of our kitchen at 4237 Davenport Street, Houston, TX 77051. This includes Heights, Montrose, Midtown, Museum District, and surrounding neighborhoods. Enter your address at checkout to verify coverage. If you're outside our delivery zone, pickup is always available!

Delivery is a flat $10 fee regardless of order size, even for subscribers. There's no minimum order requirement. Pickup at our kitchen is always free if you prefer to save the delivery fee.

We offer contact-free delivery and will leave your meal at your specified location (door, front desk, etc.). Meals are packaged in insulated containers to maintain temperature. We recommend retrieving and refrigerating your order as soon as possible. We send a photo confirmation when delivery is complete.

Yes, you can change your delivery window anytime before Thursday 11:59 PM through your account or by contacting us. After Thursday, delivery times are locked in as our route planning is finalized. We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests but cannot guarantee changes after the deadline.

Our delivery schedule may be modified during major holidays. We announce holiday schedules at least two weeks in advance via email and on our website. Subscribers can skip holiday weeks if our modified schedule doesn't work for them.

Food & Ingredients
Yes! All meals are fully cooked by Chef Ede and arrive ready to enjoy. We recommend reheating for best taste: 8-10 minutes in the oven at 350°F or 2-3 minutes in the microwave. Detailed reheating instructions are included with every order.

Meals should be consumed within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery or pickup. Refrigerate immediately upon receipt. All meals include "prepared on" dates on packaging. We don't recommend freezing unless specifically noted on that week's meal, as it can affect texture and quality.

Chef Ede sources ingredients from local Houston-area farms when seasonally available, Texas ranchers for meats, and certified organic suppliers for specialty items. All proteins are hormone-free and responsibly raised. Specific sourcing details are included in each week's menu description.

We provide complete ingredient lists and allergen information for every meal. However, our kitchen processes tree nuts and other common allergens, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with severe allergies should carefully review ingredients before ordering. We cannot make custom modifications to weekly menus.

Each weekly menu is labeled with applicable dietary classifications (Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Paleo, Keto, Vegan, etc.). We rotate through different dietary styles throughout the month. If you have specific needs, monitor our weekly announcements to identify meals that fit your requirements. Subscribers can skip weeks that don't align with their dietary needs.

No, guest checkout is available for one-time orders. However, creating an account allows you to save delivery preferences, track order history, manage subscriptions, and checkout faster on future orders. Account creation is free and takes less than a minute.
